Busy, busy, busy.....

With Christmas just around the corner and my spring cleaning still not done I'm going crazy!!! I have a plan though and so I got in early and have finished my LO's for all 3 challenges set over at SFS, I'm just yet to take pic's and upload them but don't worry they will be up before Christmas then my next item on my list is to get presents wrapped....I know I'm very slack this year but it's my second favorite part of Christmas!! The best parts seeing all the lil ones (and the big ones) rip them open....I can't wait!!! Then onto the cleaning and decluttering, that's exciting too as I want to start the new year fresh and ready...it's my new years resolution!!...wish me luck!!

My colour challenge for SFS November

This LO required the colours lime, teal, darkish blue, fawn and chocolate...I was totally thinking that this would be impossible but I think this is so far my favorite LO ever!!! I LOVE IT!!!
I've used a few of charms creations pretties on this LO... 2 x lime/teal lovely lollipops and a lime rainbow runner....love love love your creations charm!!!! I have to say I am loving the crafters workshop templates and paint at the moment....

My take on charms sketch...Let's Play

This was the first attempt of a sketch for me and I had absolutely no idea what to do lol.....my LO started on the white 12x12 cardstock but I altered it once I realized I had the wrong concept of a sketch hahaha....
I also was also under the impression I had to use elements from the sketch such as the diamond shape, so that's the reason for the chevron washi I have mismatched each piece to create the diamond effect...in all I'm pretty pleased with the LO but next time I know what I'm doing lol...

A first for everything.....

This LO I have completed for Charm's 123 challenge for November which is the colour "pastels" the word "sweet" and some "wire".... It was a first for me to use pattern paper on the background rather than just white space.. And pastels?!? Well that was definately a first for me as I love grunge/bright colour LO's usually..
I'm so pleased with the end result....

SFS colour challenge for oct 2012

This was my take on the Oct challenge at SFS.....colours to use were red, pink, yellow and white with a dash of black being optional and I absolutely love this LO but then again it's not very often I don't ;);)

Home sweet home...

Well we are home from our holiday and yes I have hundreds of new photos I'd love to think I'd scrap them all one day but hey that's not going to happen lol I'd need another lifetime to do that!!
Hopefully I will be uploading some LO's real soon but for now I would like to share a few pics from our holiday that I think are amazing!!
